Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and sanitary strips are firmly attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
